Septic systems

Hennepin County regulates most septic systems in the county to include inspections and enforcement. Following are two frequently requested forms to print and submit to Hennepin County:

Demolition

To ensure regulated materials are removed prior to demolition per Hennepin County Ordinance 7 paragraph 2.07 B:
