Service line inventory
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is requiring municipalities to conduct an inventory of residential water service lines.
Complete the water service line survey
Maple Grove residents are asked to complete the water service line survey or scan the QR code t
o upload a photo that includes the pipe leading from the floor up to where it meets the water meter. The meter is usually found in the basement utility room, crawl space, or near an exterior tap.
Please complete the survey within 30 days of receiving the notice in your utility bill.
